Appointment Policy

We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Arrival Policy

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, however your service may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.

Health & Safety

The health and safety of our clients is our top priority. All tools are sanitized and sterilized between each client. We use high-quality, non-toxic products for all services.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for extra nail length, nail art, or complex designs. Please confirm pricing at the time of booking.

Children Policy

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We offer kids nail services — please enquire with our staff.

Refund & Redo Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a complimentary touch-up.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for purchase in-store. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
